Juapong is the largest town in the North Tongu District in the Volta Region of Ghana, consisting one of the numerous employees through one of the Ghana’s largest Textile limited formally known as Juapong Textile Limited (JTL) but currently Volta Star Limited.
Juapong contain government facilities such as Dorfor Senior High School, Ghana Police Service, Juapong Health Centre, Juapong Circuit Court, Electricity Company of Ghana, Ghana Water Company, Agricultural Development Bank, Ghana Revenue Authority etc.
Juapong contains population of over 20,000 living in the town. Wednesdays and Saturdays Juapong market days.
