While Ratvad remains free to be used by anyone, the following are strictly prohibited and can lead to prompt legal action and prosecution when violated.

Core Platform Rules

• It is highly prohibited to tamper with Ratvad security features, bypass, modify or impersonate Ratvad or its users by any means.
• You shall not scam or present ghost products on Ratvad. Sellers must only list items they physically possess.
• It is against Ratvad terms to request or send money outside the platform for delivery arrangements unless explicitly through official channels.
• Physical Verification: As a buyer, you should not make payments without visiting the store physically for authentication, unless using a verified "Make payment for delivery" option.
• It is prohibited to request, publish, or sell illegal products on Ratvad.

Liability & Updates

Ratvad shall not be liable for damages caused due to negligence of the above rules and regulations. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time to protect the users of the platform.
