While Ratvad remain free to be used by anyone, the following are strictly prohibited and can lead to prompt legal action and prosecution when violated. By using ratvad as a seller or buyer, you agree to keep in compliance of the description here after.
It is highlty prohibited to temper with Ratvad security features, bypass, modify or impersonate Ratvad, Ratvad users by all means.
You shall not scam or present ghost products on Ratvad.
It is against Ratvad terms and condition to ask a buyer to send you money, and as a buyer to send money outside Ratvad as a payment or for delivery service and arrangement.
As a buyer, you are not allowed to make payment for goods and services seen on Ratvad without visiting that store/shop physically yourself for authentication, except you see the option "Make payment for delivery" with you shall follow without you manually sending money to any MoMo or bank account presented to you buy the seller through Ratvad chat or third-party chat system such as WhatsApp.
You are not allowed as a seller or buyer to pay any amount requested by a delivery service provider upon delivery of your product except other wise given as a free will.
It is prohibited to request, publish or sell illegal products Ratvad.
Ratvad shall not be liable for damages caused due to your negligence to above rules and regulation.
Ratvad reserve the right to modify above terms and condition to protect users on Ratvad.
Buy and sell on Ratvad for free, projecting and promoting Ghanaians projucts and services.
